Since its founding in March 2005, Rosie Septic Tank Service Ltd. has been run by locals. It was a single tandem vacuum truck when the company first started in Fort Kent. Within the first two years of operation, the company expanded to the point where it required a new location. For the next five years, it was housed in a Bonnyville shop. The business was able to construct a store and office in its fifth year, and it is still located in the Victors Business Park, which is located just north of Bonnyville.
